Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available for children of low-income families in our community. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, call the TCA at 520-398-2371

Drop off and Pickup
Students must be signed in and out each day by an adult. Children cannot just be dropped off. An adult must enter the building and to sign students in and out.

Lunch and Snack
Neither lunch nor snacks are provided. Students bring their own food. Please send food in cooled containers.

Short Attendance
Sometimes children visit the area for only couple of days and want to attend our programs. Short term attendance is available for $20.00 per day.

Class Attendance
Drama participants must attend all classes. Class sizes are restricted to assure optimal exchange between students and teachers.

Can My Child Sign Up for One Class Only?
This year’s program has been designed as one whole project. Each class is an important component of this project. Therefore, we highly encourage students to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions.

What should children wear?
Comfortable clothes - children can bring old tee-shirts, smocks or an apron. Keep on mind that some of the paint we’ll be using is permanent and you won’t be able to wash it off the clothing or shoes.

Coming to school late
Our summer program has specific curriculum. Children arriving late can disrupt the class and not give the attending kids the full benefit of the program. Therefore, as a courtesy to the children and the teachers, we request that if children are going to be late, parents bring them at the beginning of the next class period. Please see the class schedule.
