In collaboration with the International Society of Experimental Artists (ISEA). For the first time, the International Society of Experimental Artists (ISEA) will host its annual INNOVATIONS Exhibition and Symposium in the state. Artists from across the United States and around the world will partake in a juried exhibition at the Tubac Center of the Arts and a four day symposium including talks, workshops, dinner and an awards ceremony centered on experimentation, dialogue, and creative risk for ISEA members.

ISEA was founded in 1991 by Maxine Masterfield and Gracie Hegeman. They felt constrained by the rules that were in place for art exhibits of other leading national and international artists’ groups. Maxine and Gracie wanted to create an organization that celebrated experimentation and exploration and provided a way to share ideas and information.
ISEA is excited to announce our 35th annual international open juried exhibition to be held at the beautiful Tubac Center of the Arts, Tubac, Arizona, ISEA's partner for the 2026 exhibition and symposium. This premier artist opportunity will offer approximately $14,000 USD in awards.
