TCA Events

Tickets may be purchased online or in person at Tubac Center of the Arts

Subject to availability, if you are unable to attend a performance/talk, you will have the option of either receiving a full refund or exchange tickets with another person. If you choose to exchange your spot please contact (520)-398-2371 or email info@tubacarts.org before the performance or talk so it may be situated.

Workshops/Classes

All courses require a minimum enrollment which varies from class to class. Should a course fail to meet the minimum enrollment requirement, registered students have the option to transfer to a concurrent or future course within the season offered without penalty or to receive a 100% tuition reimbursement.

Upon payment for any class or event, you are confirming that you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact (520)-398-2371 or email info@tubacarts.org for further inquires.

1. All refunds must be requested in writing by contacting Tubac Center of the Arts via phone: 520-398-2371 or email: Creativespecialist@tubacarts.org. After payment is made, students will a 7 day grace period where student can request a full refund. After the grace period has expired, a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the student original payment.

2. Cancellations of thirty (30) days or less before the start date of a workshop will be deducted a 30% cancellation fee from the student original payment. Should a student cancel fifteen (15) days or less before the start date, student will forfeit the entire tuition. There are absolutely no refunds once a class or enrollment period has started. There are no refunds for no-shows.

3. If student can fill their original spot with another student to take their place with a completed payment receipt, original student can avoid the cancellation fee and receive a full refund.

4. Registration reserves the student’s place in a class or workshop regardless of whether the student can attend every session.  We are unable to offer makeup days for workshops.
