Youth Education Program

TCA offers the annual Hi/Mid Art exhibit for students to learn how to present their artwork professionally, share their art with the community and visitors to Tubac Center of the Arts. During the summer, TCA welcomes children from ages 6 to 13 to learn by creating art. Students discover and learn different art mediums such as painting, drawing, and mixed media. Summer Arts is held in June of each year.

The annual Hi Art exhibit offers students an opportunity to learn how to professionally present their artwork, share and sell their art with the community and visitors to the Tubac Center of the Arts. The 2026 Hi Art Exhibit will be a live exhibit in our galleries.

Summer Arts Program
Summer Arts Program

Each summer TCA welcomes children from ages 6-13 to learn by creating art. Students discover and learn different art mediums such as painting, drawing, and mixed media. Summer Arts is held during the month of June each year.

The Pro to Art Path

Start Your Journey Here

The Pro Art Path program was developed by Tubac Center of the Arts, TCA to serve artists wanting to pursue knowledge and gain skills in taking their art business to the next level. The program is offered through the Tubac School of Fine Art, the education division of TCA. The program was funded through an ARPA grant from Santa Cruz County AZ.

Tubac Center of the Arts contains over 1,000 art books in 30 categories ranging from acrylic painting to woodworking, all donated over the years. The collection is housed in the Studio Gallery, which serves as a meeting space and art gallery. Thanks to our volunteer librarian, Ray Harrison, the Jean A. Burgess Memorial Library has been organized and categorized so members and visitors are able to find and enjoy the library. Special thanks to volunteer Thea Arai.
