Aiyana Taylor
Aiyana Kyoko is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and founder of Tiger Blossom, a creative practice that explores the relationship between nature, presence, and human expression. Aiyana created Tiger Blossom to share the healing and inspiration she found through Ikebana. Her journey began as a way to reconnect with her grandmother, Kyoko, who also studied Ikebana. Certified by the Ohara School in Japan, her classes blend traditional Ikebana principles with mindfulness and creativity, inviting students to discover their own healing, inspiration, and self-expression through botanical design. Her work is rooted in botanical art, inspired by the principles of Ikebana, and expands into immersive experiences that invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage deeply with the natural world. Aiyana’s approach integrates creativity, mindfulness, and sensory awareness, creating spaces where people feel both grounded and free to explore their authentic voice. Her work emphasizes process over perfection, encouraging curiosity, play, and personal discovery. With a background in community-centered creative programming, Aiyana has led workshops and collaborative experiences that bring together art, conversation, and connection. Her practice is influenced by her mixed cultural heritage, her deep respect for Japanese aesthetics and philosophy, and her commitment to creating environments that support healing, expression, and belonging. Through Tiger Blossom, Aiyana continues to develop accessible, meaningful experiences that bridge art, nature, and community.
