Victoria Thornton

Victoria Thornton is an award-winning contemporary abstract artist, certified coach, educator, and speaker based in Southern Arizona. She is the recipient of the Tubac Center of the Arts People's Choice Award and Award of Merit, and her work is represented by K Newby Gallery in Tubac. Her artwork has been featured in galleries, exhibitions, and private collections throughout the region. Before becoming a full-time artist, Victoria spent years helping people create meaningful change through coaching and personal development. She is certified through the coaching programs of Tony Robbins and Jack Canfield and has a passion for helping others discover their potential. Combining her backgrounds in art, creativity, mindfulness, and personal growth, Victoria developed NeuroMagic, a unique process that blends guided drawing with principles of neuroplasticity. Her workshops provide a welcoming environment where participants can explore creativity, gain fresh perspectives, reduce stress, and experience the transformative power of artistic expression. No artistic experience is required—only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

As a Zentangle instructor, I wanted to see what NeuroMagic was all about and how it compared to other creative practices. What I discovered was a process that reached much deeper than I expected. As the drawing evolved, unexpected insights surfaced, and I found myself emotionally moved by what emerged on the page. The experience reminded me of the power creativity has to reveal what we already know but haven't fully recognized.
